Description. Clown Agamas (Laudakia stellio brachydactyla) are a beautiful desert agama from North Africa. These lizards do very well in captivity and thrive in a warm desert terrarium. They will eat just about any insect that crosses their path. These lizards reach a maximum size of about 12 inches making them a truly stunning display animal.
